Indeed it does. Make sure that a game like the one you want do isn't already posted.. if you see it, feel free to bump it. If a game is locked, this is mostly due to rule violation reasons and will only be unlocked if you can convince a staff member in PM to change their mind. Make sure to keep it family-friendly and free of anything offensive.

If it's spam topics you want to create here, this needs to be limited to 2 topics a day.. also, no real stupid spam like LOLZZZ or anything of that sort. If you don't follow these rules, you won't be allowed to post in this area anymore, simple as that.
